These terms and conditions shall apply to all advertisements accepted for publication by BAAAC
The use of the word publisher refers to BAAAC
Advertising Law
The Business Advertisement Disclosure Order 1977 requires all advertisments by people who seek to sell goods in the course of business to make the fact clear. It is the responsibility of the advertiser to comply with the Order. It is an offence for which you may be prosecuted not to advertise the fact that you are a trader.
The Advertiser warrants and represents that the advertisement does not contravene any law, statute or regulations in England and/or in any other country where the advertisement might appear as a result of its publication by baaac.com. Advertiser also warrants the advert is not in any way defamatory or illegal or an infringement of the rights of any third party.
The Advertiser will indemnify and keep the Publisher fully and effectively indemnified from and against any losses, costs and expenses incurred by the Publisher arising out of or in connection with the advertisement and/or in respect of any breach of law by the advertiser. The Publisher will consult with the Advertiser as to the way in which any claim against the Publisher (in respect of which indemnity is sought by the Publisher from the Advertiser) is handled
Advert Insertion
All advertisements are accepted subject to the Publisher's approval When deemed necessary all adverts may be edited and classified at the discretion of baaac.com
Although every advert is checked occasionally mistakes do occur, all advertisers need check their advert, and tell us immediately, should an error occur.
baaac.com do not accept liability for any loss or damage caused by any error or inaccuracy in the publishing, or non-appearance of any advertisement, or editing and deletion of objectionable wording or images or the rejection of any advertisement.
It is a condition of advertisement that baaac.com do not guarantee the insertion of a particular advertisement during a definite time period, baaac.com are under no obligation what so ever to maintain any type reciprocal hyper links with any other website and reserves the right to remove them at our discretion.
Advertisement rates may be revised at any time. If there is a price increase the advertiser will have the option either to cancel the remainder of the advert without surcharge or to continue the order at the new advertisement rates.
Other Conditions
The advertiser's artwork and any other items are held by the Publisher at the Advertiser's risk and should be insured by the Advertiser against loss or damage.
In no event shall baaac.com have any liability either in contract or in tort for any consequential or indirect loss or damage suffered or incurred by the Advertiser, including (without limitation) loss of profit or damage to reputation or goodwill. In no event shall the liability of the Publisher for any breach of contract or in tort exceed the price paid by the Advertiser for the advertisement.
Governing Law:
This site is operated from within the U,K. We make no representation that content on this site is legal or appropriate for use from outside the U.K. You agree that any legal action or inequity arising out of or relating to these Web site Terms and Conditions or your use of the web site shall be filed only in the county of Manchester U.K. and you hereby irreversibly and absolutely consent and submit to the sole authority of such courts over any suit, action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Web site Terms and Conditions or your use of the Site.
